SMT factory introduction

SMT factory Huaxiang Technology was established in 2003. It mainly provides customers with EMS solutions, including raw material procurement, supplier management, warehouse management, inventory turnover, manufacturing, after-sales maintenance and other services.
The company is located in Shajing, as the main manufacturing center, with 7000 square meters of workshops, which are used for office, storage, and manufacturing. We have a professional engineering technology and production service team, and wholeheartedly provide customers with customized supply chain and manufacturing services.

Production facilities

The SMT factory has eight SMT processing production lines composed of new medium and high-speed placement machines such as the new Samsung SM481, SM471, SM421, SM321, CP45FV NEO series, and multiple plug-in lines, assembly lines and test lines. In addition, it has several ten-temperature zone reflow ovens and the latest lead-free wave soldering, as well as X-RAY, AOI testing equipment and BGA rework system of OK company in the United States.
